Cancellation policy.
A 50% deposit is required to book. 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits
All bookings are made online. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is deducted from your total on the day.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel your appointment. For appointments over two hours — including all cosmetic tattoo services — 48 hours' notice is required. Cancellations within the notice period will forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling
Need to move your appointment? Reschedule before the notice period and your deposit transfers to the new date. Rescheduling within 24 hours (or within 48 hours for tattoo appointments) is treated as a late cancellation and the deposit is forfeited.
No-shows
If you don't attend your appointment without contacting us beforehand, a fee of 50% of the service cost applies and your deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Late arrivals
If you're running late, let us know as soon as possible. For cosmetic tattoo appointments, arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we need to reschedule — the time allocated for mapping and the treatment itself can't be shortened without affecting the result.
