Extreme Beauty is committed to protecting your personal information and handling it responsibly.

Who we are

Extreme Beauty is a cosmetic tattoo and beauty services business operated by Keshia, located at 64 Walter Road West, Bedford WA 6052. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What information we collect

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services. This includes your name, phone number, and email address when you make a booking or enquiry. For cosmetic tattoo and skin treatments, we also collect relevant health and skin information — including medical history, medications, skin conditions, and previous cosmetic tattoo work — to ensure treatments are appropriate and safe for you. We may also collect information you provide in consultation forms, intake forms, or direct communications.

How we use your information

Your information is used to schedule and manage your appointments, contact you regarding bookings and treatment follow-ups, maintain treatment records for your safety and continuity of care, and respond to your enquiries. We may send you appointment reminders or follow-up messages related to your treatment. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing.

Storage and security

Your personal information is stored securely using our booking system (Timely) and is accessible only to Keshia. Paper records, where used, are stored securely on-premises. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We retain treatment records for a minimum of seven years, as required for health-related services under Western Australian guidelines.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your information may be shared with our booking platform (Timely) for appointment management purposes only. We will not disclose your personal information to any other party without your consent, unless required to do so by law.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request corrections if any information is inaccurate or incomplete. To make such a request, contact Keshia directly at keshiaextremebeauty@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and at no charge.

Sensitive information

Health and skin information is treated as sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988. We collect this information only with your consent and only to the extent necessary to deliver safe and appropriate treatments. This information is not disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent.
